A video has surfaced of an Arizona deputy tackling a 15 yr old quadruple amputee and pinning the young man to the ground while he screams to be released... The police department is said to have opened an investigation into the incident and the unidentified officer is under investigation after his egregious behavior while responding to a minor disturbance at a boys home. While the deputy was maliciously restraining the young amputee another youth resident inside of the home was filming until the officer approached him as well and ended up slamming his face against the wall and arresting him for recording. These are all terrible acts that no one calling themselves a "peace officer" should be able to get away with!
